Last year I decided to take the plunge and follow my dreams of becoming an actor. Instead of drama school - I trained part-time at many of the RAIS workshops & courses across London. Of everything Iβve done - the RAIS 6 week comedy course with Mark has been the most instrumental in taking my career off the ground! My fly character gave me an act, which I now perform across London, and am taking to festivals and the fringe this year!! Markβs advice & feedback has totally informed how I think about comedy roles, and the way I approach writing characters. These learnings helped me land my first acting job in an immersive theatre where I now earn a part time income and get to write and play whacky characters. AND to top it all off, I now have an agent! The course enabled me to get representation! Not to mention it was wicked fun to clown around with actors every week, who I now collaborate with and consider my friends!! I wholly recommend this course to any actor looking to develop their craft and progress their career.

The best of the best. I've attended my fair share of workshops here and I highly recommend. They provide the perfect sandbox to play and create with others dedicated to developing their craft. The roster of talented directors that host the workshops is unmatched. The tapes they send upon completion of the workshops are excellent quality and the overall experience with them is truely one of a kind. If you're an actor in London then you should 100% be attending these brilliant workshops.

I just finished my first ever session, a long director workshop and it was amazing. Dare I say life changing. Met amazing people, got feedback and also grew in my acting skin and gained confidence. Cant wait for the next one!

I was in my first workshop in RAIS, with an Agent from Curtis Brown, and it was AMAZING! Everyone was incredibly nice, I learned a lot and I hope to come back soon! The experience and knowledge you get for the price is extremly worth it!
