+ WORKSHOP FORMAT

Having looked at your online CV, Kate Bone will send out a selection of scenes before the workshop. Please choose a scene that suits you best regardless of gender, age and ethnicity. Kate would like you to be as familiar with the text as possible.

There will then be a live Zoom session where participants will perform their chosen scene live with a reader. Kate will give you feedback before shooting a second take. This will be followed by an informal group "Q&A".

KATE'S BIO

*Kate has been Casting Associate with the multiple award winning Casting Directors Nina Gold & Robert Sterne since 2013. She is Casting Associate on The Crown.

Kate went to drama school at eighteen and worked as a professional actress for ten years. From here she moved into feature film production and worked her way up to Production Coordinator and worked on major feature films including Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes, Green Zone, World War Z, Snow White and The Huntsman & Maleficent. Kate left production to pursue a more creative role and joined Nina Gold casting in 2013.

She has cast on high profile projects including Netflix The Crown, Chernobyl, Succession (UK Casting), Slow Horses, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Morbius and Game of Thrones amongst many others. *
