Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

When making payments through the RAIS site you are required to accept our terms and conditions every time a payment is taken.

RAIS will not regard the purchaser as being a consumer. RAIS courses are designed for professional development purposes and it is deemed that by your acceptance you have acknowledged that RAIS is working to enhance your professional career and therefore all refunds will be raised as a RAIS credit. This Credit will be valid for a 12 month period and will commence from the date specified on the issued credit note, which can be used against any RAIS course, providing there are spaces available.

Any refunds due to a RAIS cancellation will be refunded in full.

Students who are disruptive while attending one of our courses/workshops will be either told to leave immediately or in the case of multi-day courses, will no longer be eligible to attend the remaining days of the course/workshop.

Please note that there will be no refund for an incomplete course, which has occurred because of intentional bad behaviour or disruptiveness of a student. Any refund requested for any other situation will be assessed by RAIS on an individual basis. If the refund request is accepted by RAIS as being justifiable, a refund will be given strictly on a pro-rata basis, for any days unattended by the student.

You must give at least 5 working days notice of cancellation in order to guarantee your credit back on your account. If you cancel your place during this time, you may get your credit back, but only if your place is filled.

CDG Disclaimer: I understand that the presence of a Casting Director is absolutely not a guarantee or promise of employment. I further understand that the intent of this class is solely educational and not a form of job interview or audition.

From time-to-time RAIS may decide to use pictures or videos taken during your workshop for the evaluation, promotion, publicity, or marketing of future courses, as well as for promotion of workshop students (attendees) which could result in positive exposure for both attendees and RAIS. These images may contain photographs or videos of attending students.

By agreeing to attend a course or workshop run by RAIS, you will have consented to the use of any images by RAIS as described above
