*Exclusive: A One-Day Intensive with Anna Dawson CDG.

Join Anna Dawson CDG for an exclusive one-day workshop that is designed specifically for professional actors who are keen to refine their professional presence and up their game in the TV/Film industry.

Prior to the workshop, Anna will distribute scenes for participants to self-tape. These self-tapes will be reviewed in the workshop, offering a unique opportunity for direct feedback. Following this, participants will engage in paired filming exercises, simulating callback and chemistry test scenarios. This hands-on approach ensures that you leave the workshop with not only new knowledge but practical experience and improved material.

Your scenes will be recorded with broadcast quality equipment. Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!

**+ BIO **

Anna is a Scotland based Casting Director. She works across Film, TV and Theatre. Beginning her career in casting over a decade ago in London she now works both independently and alongside Simone Pereira Hind from the office in Edinburgh.

Screen credits include:

Float (BBC), 3 series of the BAFTA award winning The Brilliant World of Tom Gates (Sky) and upcoming features Midwinter Break (Film 4) and Hidden (Screen Scotland). Upcoming Series include The Island (BBC), Gifted (BBC) & adaptation of The Railway Children starring Kevin Mckidd.

Theatre credits include:

Macbeth (RSC), Sunset Song (Finn Den Hertog), Life is A Dream (Wils Wilson), Dracula (Sally Cookson), Macbeth – An Undoing (Zinnie Harris).

Associate credits include 8 series of Outlander (STARZ), Munich: The Edge of War (Netflix), Falling For Figaro (Netflix),Nobody Has To Know (Barry Crerar), Blood of My Blood (STARZ) and Good Omens 2 (Amazon Prime).

In 2021 Anna co-created and developed a tool with Tagmin to ensure all actors get an answer on auditions in support of the equity Yes/No campaign - https://yesno.tagmin.com .
