+ WORKSHOP FORMAT
SESSION 1 - Self-tape Feedback: 4th Dec 07:00 PM - 09:30 PM
Having looked at your online CV, Kat will send out a selection of scenes for you to choose one from regardless of age, gender or ethnicity. You will then be asked to submit a self-tape of this scene before the workshop.
There will then be a live Zoom session where each self-tape will be shown to the whole class. Kat will give specific feedback & direction to each participant.
SESSION 2 - Taking Direction: 5th Dec 07:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Prior to the second session, with Kat’s feedback and direction - you will tape your scene again. There will be time at the end of the final session for a Q&A.

KAT'S BIO
Kat Edmonds | Casting Associate | Probationary member of the CDG Since 2018 Kat has worked on various Film and TV projects for Apple, Disney, FX, Paramount, HBO, Amazon and the BBC, as well as theatre for Cameron Mackintosh/Chichester Festival Theatre, Jamie Lloyd Company, Leeds Playhouse/Simon Friend Entertainment, RSC, Really Useful Group and The Old Vic. Notable credits include: Freaky Friday 2 (Casting Associate, UK Casting), Gladiator 2 (Casting Assistant), House of the Dragon (Casting Assistant), My Lady Jane (Casting Assistant), Prime Target (Casting Associate) and the upcoming Alien: Earth TV series from Noah Hawley (Casting Assistant). She is the Casting Director for a new TV series in development (Side Hustle) and short films The Complaint (2024) and A Witness (2024). A Witness will soon be screened for policy makers at Warner Bros in London.
