+ WORKSHOP FORMAT
The 3 hour showcase will run as a sketch night, where we will invite 15 acts to perform. Each act should be around 5 minutes long and we welcome you to write your own sketch / scene.
TTA represents the best talent aged 16 to 90 from all over the UK, but also Internationally. TTA has rapidly grown into a success of its own with actors working across major feature films, television, theatre, musical theatre, vice-over, commercials and all other areas of the media. Each agent look after their own small client base of actors. This gives a stronger actor-agent relationship and helps us develop your clients.
TILLY'S BIO
Tilly Karen Howes
Tilly, a former actor and performer, knows exactly what it’s like to be in the hot seat. Using her vast experience of auditions, working professionally and networking she has created a diverse, talented client base with a brilliant work ethic.
Having only worked for TTA for 2 years she has helped secure her clients jobs on productions such as ‘Call the Midwife’, ‘Gangs of London’, ‘Outlander’, ‘The Gathering’, ‘Brian & Margaret’, ‘Curfew’, ‘Boarders’, ‘Doctor Who’, ‘SAS Rogue Heroes’, ‘Lockerbie’, ‘Insomnia’ and many more.
Tilly also has a booming commercial division that she believes provides fantastic opportunities for actors in between other jobs.
Having trained in Musical Theatre at NLDS (graduating back in 2017), followed by training at the National Youth Theatre Tilly also has a handful of clients pursuing a career in Theatre and MT as well as screen. A few booked on European tours this year and next.
A former performer herself, Tilly knows exactly the dedication it takes to succeed, so having more avenues to explore is what she preaches and encourages her clients to try.
Although she absolutely LOVES a crime TV show or an action based, edge of your seat thriller, Tilly also loves to sit back with a glass of wine and watch a reality show. She says ‘Life doesn’t have to be serious all the time, on occasion we need to sit back and have a laugh’. She also adds ‘MAFS is juicy this season’.
