+ WORKSHOP FORMAT

Having looked at your Spotlight CV and Showreel, Jade Rambaut will send out a selection of scenes before the workshop. Please choose a scene that suits you best regardless of gender, age and ethnicity. Jade would like you to be as familiar with the text as possible.

Following an introduction, participants will film their tape with Jade under audition conditions (with the whole group present). We have superb equipment for the best learning experience. Jade will give each participant notes allowing them the chance to do a second take. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

Your scenes will be recorded with broadcast quality equipment. Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!

JADE'S BIO

Working in the industry for 10 years, Jade has independently cast over 30 short films before stepping into the bigger offices in London. Starting her TV and Film casting career under the mentorship of Sophie Holland, Jade worked alongside Sophie from 2016 until March 2020. When the industry opened back up Jade joined Finnian Tweed Casting as his associate. Together they have worked on movies such as Mary (DJ Caruso), Den of Thieves 2: Pantera (Christian Gudegast) and A Working Man (David Ayer)

Jade is also a fully qualified and trauma-informed NLP coach, and has worked with more than 100 actors worldwide on their personal development.
