WORKSHOP FORMAT

In this online workshop, Olivia will send out a selection of scenes for you to self-tape before the class - choose the scene that identifies with you most regardless of age, gender and ethnicity. You will then submit two takes of the scene via a shared Dropbox.

There will then be a live Zoom session where each self-tape will be shown to the whole class and Olivia will give her feedback live. There will be time at the end for a Q&A.

BIO

Olivia Brittain has worked with casting director Jina Jay on film and TV projects for over 8 years, as assistant then associate casting director. During that time she has worked with numerous acclaimed producers and directors. Notable credits include ‘Black Mirror’ and ‘Enola Holmes’ for Netflix, ‘The Night Manager’ and ‘The Little Drummer Girl’ for BBC/AMC, and ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ for LucasFilm. Most recently she has worked as co-casting director on the live-action ‘Halo’ series for Showtime.
