In this 2 day Intensive, you will work on text within a safe and ensemble led environment to unlock, re-imagine and have fun exploring a text through exercises and techniques that will build your confidence.

Chelsea Walker is an award winning theatre director. In 2017, Chelsea won the prestigious RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award, and toured her critically acclaimed production of A Streetcar Named Desire across the UK. She has twice been a finalist for the JMK Award and was awarded the runner up prize in 2016. In 2017 she was a director on the Old Vic 12 and was nominated for Off West End awards for both her productions of Low Level Panic and Cougar.

Chelsea is currently in post-production on her short film Latch. Her first short film Gobble, written by Anoushka Warden, premiered at Funny Life Film Festival and will be screened at British Shorts in Berlin.

Chelsea has recently directed All’s Well That Ends Well at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, and is about to direct The Da Vinci Code for Wiltshire Collective and the Mercury, Colchester.
