A FREQUENT PHILIP RIDLEY COLLABORATOR, WITH MANY WORLD PREMIERES TOGETHER, INCLUDING THE CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED POLTERGEIST AND TARANTULA. THE SCENES / extracts WILL BE CAREFULLY CHOSEN AND COME FROM THE DIRECTORS WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORK.
AT THE END OF THE PROCESS THERE WILL BE A FILMED FINAL PERFORMANCE WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU TO SHOWCASE WHAT YOU HAVE DEVELOPED TOGETHER.

Wiebke Green directed Philip Ridley’s latest masterpiece THE POLTERGEIST - The New York Times Critic’s Pick and Offie OnComm Winner! Wiebke also directed Ridley’s recently announced new play TARANTULA - starring Georgie Henley!!
Wiebke was originally set to direct Philip Ridley's play The Beast of Blue Yonder, scheduled to premiere at the Southwark Playhouse on April 2nd, 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 this was cancelled just 2 weeks into rehearsals. Ridley then went on to write individual monologues for the entire cast which Wiebke directed. These subsequently aired online for free at www.WeAreTramp.com as part of a project called THE BEAST WILL RISE.
