Julia trained at the Guildhall and worked extensively in theatre and television before moving to the USA where she spent 25 years acting, directing, producing and teaching. She created the ‘Acting for the Camera’ program for The School for Film and Television in New York, where she was a guest lecturer at the New York Film Academy and NYU Graduate Film Department. Now back in the UK she continues to teach in both countries.
