+ WORKSHOP FORMAT

We will pass on your Spotlight CV to Ollie Bazely. Oliie will then send out a selection of scenes for you to choose from. Please select one scene regardless of age, gender and ethnicity! Ollie would like you to be as familiar with the text as possible.

Following an introduction, participants will film their tape with Ollie under audition conditions (with the whole group present). We have superb equipment for the best learning experience. Ollie will give each participant notes allowing them the chance to do a second take. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

Your scenes will be recorded with broadcast quality equipment. Upon request, you have the option to receive your footage after the session for no extra cost!

{This workshop adheres to CDG guidelines and isn’t an audition}.

OLLIE'S BIO

Ollie’s entry into the industry was as an agent’s assistant at Curtis Brown, where he worked for nearly 3 years, before making the move over to casting, where he could continue to develop his love for TV and film, and nurturing talent.

Ollie is currently an assistant at Harkin & Toth Casting and has worked on a number of exciting projects including Dune Prophecy starring Emily Watson, The Serpent Queen (Starz Original), and A Gentleman in Moscow starring Ewan McGregor. Having worked on both the agenting and casting side of the industry means that Ollie is particularly well-placed to give actors advice on different areas of their careers.

Ollie has a passion for amplifying voices that have historically not been the most prevalent on screen, and TV and film that focusses on telling stories with a social message.
