+ WORKSHOP FORMAT

Following an introduction from Gordon participants will be paired up and have a chance to read through their scenes. Sides from 'War Horse' and 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time' will be sent out shortly before the workshop along with character breakdowns, as he would for a real casting.

Gordon would like participants to be as familiar with text as possible.

Honest feedback will be given in a supportive environment. This will be followed by a short tea break and an informal Q&A.

GORDON'S BIO

*Gordon has worked in casting for eleven years across the board in TV, film, theatre and musical theatre. Recent credits as Casting Director include My Fair Lady (London Coliseum); Disney’s Frozen (Theatre Royal, co-casting with James Orange CDG) and a confidential horror feature film in early development.

Gordon spent five years as Casting Associate to Kate Rhodes James CDG CSA (TV included House of the Dragon, Dracula, Line of Duty, Bodyguard; film included House of Gucci, The Last Duel) and five years prior to that working alongside Jill Green CDG (Co-Casting Director on Jersey Boys and The Scottsboro Boys; Casting Associate on The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, War Horse, Kinky Boots and Beautiful).*
